Gray painted Type II black plastic body, red lettering, in large uppercase “C & E I”, “C & E I”/24221 with lines above and below, red oval logo with “SPEED/C” and “E I/ SERVICE” and “THE CHICAGO LINE” “CAPY100000/LD LMT128200/LT WT 40800, “NEW10-45”, and “BLT 10-45”; The hopper has sintered-iron side frame trucks & knuckle couplers. Please note: Two steps are broken. Good value for this rare hopper car.
